2016 marks the fortieth anniversary of the publication of Born on the Fourth of July, Ron Kovic’s best-selling autobiography. Born on the Fourth of July quickly became an American classic and was adapted into an Academy Award–winning feature film of the same name, directed by Oliver Stone and starring Tom Cruise as Ron Kovic. We’re proud to have just released a new fortieth-anniversary edition of Ron Kovic’s classic featuring a new foreword by Bruce Springsteen.
