Three individuals, who had to push out of proscribed roles (in the NFL, as a Muslim woman, and in the CIS based society) Ryan O’Callaghan (My Life on the Line: How the NFL Damn Near Killed Me and Ended up Saving My Life) Samra Habib (We Have Always Been Here) and Jacob Tobia (Sissy: A Coming-of-Gender Story) discuss their memoirs about the challenges that gender stereotypes superimposed on their lives and encourage everyone to claim the right to be who they are.
