This is a Brooklyn Book Festival Bookend event.
Celebration of Caribbean Culture featuring Elizabeth Nunez (Trinidad), author of Not for Everyday Use; Jennifer Davis Carey (Barbados), author of Near the Hope; and Esther Figueroa (Jamaica), author of Limbo. Dr. Carole Boyce Davies, author of Caribbean Spaces: Escapes from Twilight Zones, will introduce the event.
This event will take place in the Meeting House. Reading and reception presented by the Independent Schools Group, sponsored by the BFS Libraries and the PAT. This event will be free and open to the public but an RSVP will be required; check back for a registration link soon.
